Proposals Coordinator

Compensation: $100,000–$120,000 base + bonus

A top-ranked global AmLaw firm is hiring a Proposals Coordinator to support high-priority business development efforts through RFPs, pitches, and proposal submissions. • Coordinate and draft responses to RFPs, tenders, and pitch requests
• Compile firm experience, attorney bios, and matter descriptions into tailored proposals
• Partner with attorneys and internal teams to collect information and meet deadlines
  
  Proofread and edit for clarity, grammar, consistency, and accuracy
• Manage multiple projects at once in a deadline-driven environment

• 2+ years of proposal/RFP experience in a law firm or professional services environment
• Excellent writing and editing skills (grammar and attention to detail are a must)
• Strong organization and project coordination skills
• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred (or equivalent experience)
