A Restoration company is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Business Development Manager to lead growth efforts across the Atlanta area
. This role focuses on strengthening existing client partnerships while proactively generating new business within industries such as commercial real estate, healthcare, education, industrial, hospitality, insurance, and government.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts through consistent communication, site visits, and service reviews.
  • Build a deep understanding of client needs to provide tailored restoration and emergency response solutions.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the region.
  • Represent the brand at networking events, trade associations, and industry functions to expand market presence.
  • Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to ensure seamless service delivery, develop proposals, and support strategic planning.
  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation and deliver regular sales forecasts, reports, and territory updates.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within restoration, construction, commercial services, or insurance-related fields.
  • Demonstrated success in building and expanding client relationships.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Organized, self-driven, and able to manage a broad range of responsibilities independently.
  • Valid driver’s license with regional travel required.
Preferred Experience
  • Background working with commercial property managers, risk managers, insurance professionals, or facility directors.
  • Knowledge of restoration, mitigation, or emergency response services.
  • Existing network within the Atlanta business community.
