Key Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with sales and cross-functional support teams to drive operational alignment
- Support the launch, maintenance, and continuous improvement of sales processes that enhance efficiency and performance
- Develop, maintain, and automate reporting and insights related to lead management and sales activities using SQL, Salesforce, Excel, and Google Sheets
- Monitor, investigate, and analyze sales data sets to assess sales productivity, revenue trends, campaign performance, and activity metrics
- Package and manage incoming requests from the sales organization, following internal workflows to ensure timely delivery
- Manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously, meeting deadlines and providing regular status updates
- Develop clear narratives and recommendations from data analysis, build presentations, and present findings to business stakeholders
- 3–5+ years of experience in an operations-focused role (sales operations, revenue operations, or sales support)
- 2+ years as a Salesforce power user
, including building reports and dashboards - Strong experience with data management, reporting, and data delivery
- Hands‑on experience with business intelligence and visualization tools such as SQL, Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets, Looker, Power BI, or Tableau
- Ability to analyze complex sales data sets, extract insights, and clearly communicate findings and recommendations
- Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in business, analytics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
- Process‑oriented mindset with a focus on identifying improvement opportunities
- Confident presenting insights and recommendations to business stakeholders
