Job SummaryResponsible for turning Routing and Scheduling data into real business value. This role digs into complex operational numbers—specifically drive time, technician productivity, and revenue timing—to identify opportunities for cost savings and better customer service. Beyond just finding trends, you will build business cases to justify change, partner with teams to get projects done, and track results to ensure we hit financial goals.

- Leads and facilitates cross‑functional project teams to develop and execute process improvement initiatives.
- Partners with business leads to develop, implement, and communicate standard operational policies, procedures, and processes.
- Analyzes current process standards and metrics to recommend solutions for improvements.
- Researches best business practices within and outside the organization to establish benchmark data.
- Collects and analyzes complex data sets for results and variances, identifying trends and patterns to recommend actions to improve business processes.
- Performs data gathering, root cause analysis, and performance trending to develop appropriate process control changes.
- Prepares and presents process improvement and methodology workshops.
- Creates presentations, technical requirements, and business case/ROI in support of key initiatives.
- Coordinates across multiple functional groups to gather the information necessary for executing data models.
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of operations and/or continuous improvement /project management experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Project management, change management and business process analysis experience required.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement principles, methodologies, and practices.

- Able to demonstrate strong levels of drive, work ethic and personal accountability with the ability to work under pressure while maintaining sound judgement and a rigorous focus on the details.
- Acts with the highest standards of integrity at all times and builds enduring and trusting relationships across all key stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Analytics, Math, Economics, Engineering, Operations Research, or Business Management.
- Optional Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, MIS or Business Analytics.
- MBA, Lean, Quality and/or Six Sigma certification and recent proven experience preferred.

Pay Range $69,700 - $90,600 / year.
