Your RoleAs the Sales & Marketing Operations Analyst, you will enable and streamline both our sales and marketing functions. You will own the processes, systems, and reporting that keep teams aligned, support go to market execution, and drive revenue growth. You will act as a connective force across sales, marketing, operations, and finance to ensure the business runs efficiently and scales effectively.
- Manage and optimize sales operations including pipeline management, forecasting, sales data tracking, and reporting
- Own and maintain sales tools and CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistent usage
- Create compelling sales presentations and materials informed by performance data and insights
- Partner cross functionally with marketing, operations, and finance to align demand, inventory, and timing
- Support marketing execution including campaign operations, product launches, promotional calendars, and cross functional>
- Serve as the operational glue between marketing and sales, ensuring clean lead flow, data consistency, and executional clarity
- Analyze sales, marketing, and market data to uncover insights on consumer trends, channel performance, and commercial effectiveness
- Use insights to recommend adjustments to strategy, prioritization, and execution
- Own and project manage the stage gate process for commercializing new innovations
- Build and maintain scalable sales and marketing workflows including lead handling, order flow, launches, and promotions
- Create and maintain SOPs, process documentation, training materials, dashboards, and reporting templates
- Identify operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve speed, collaboration, and outcomes
- Communicate performance, forecasts, and results to leadership with clear, actionable insights
- Support strategic planning for sales and marketing initiatives using historical data and operational learnings
- Help define, track, and improve KPIs tied to revenue growth, sales efficiency, marketing ROI, and operational effectiveness
- 2 to 4 years of experience in sales operations, marketing operations, analytics, or a related role. CPG experience is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to turn data into insights
- Experience working with CRM systems, reporting tools, and cross functional teams
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and comfort learning new tools and systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast paced environment
- Highly organized and able to prioritize ruthlessly in service of business outcomes
- Proactive, self directed, and comfortable operating independently
