Job Description

The Sales Operations Analyst plays a critical role in driving strategic, data‑driven processes that directly impact lead management and sales effectiveness. In this position, you’ll serve as a key partner to the sales organization, translating complex data into actionable insights that inform business decisions and drive revenue growth.

Your day‑to‑day work will involve collaborating closely with sales support functions, maintaining and optimizing lead management processes, and leveraging advanced tools like SQL, Salesforce, MS Excel, and Google Sheets to generate meaningful insights. This role exists to bridge the gap between data and strategy, ensuring the sales team has the operational support and intelligence they need to succeed. You’ll report to sales operations leadership and work cross‑functionally with stakeholders across the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Collaborate regularly with sales support functions to align on process improvements and operational priorities
  • Support the launch and maintenance of sales processes that drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization
  • Develop, maintain, and automate insights on lead management and sales activities using SQL, MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Salesforce
  • Monitor, investigate, and analyze multiple sales data sets to provide a complete picture of sales productivity, revenue, campaigns, and activities
  • Package and deliver requests from the sales organization following internal processes and timelines
  • Manage multiple sales operational tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and communicating progress at regular intervals
  • Develop narratives and recommendations from analyses, build presentations, and present findings to business stakeholders
  • Identify improvement opportunities within sales processes and systems
Required Experience / Skills
  • 3–5+ years' experience in an operations role (sales operations, revenue operations, or sales support)
  • 2+ years' experience as a Salesforce "power user" with ability to build reports and dashboards
  • Experience with data management and data delivery
  • Proficiency with business intelligence and visualization tools such as SQL, Salesforce, Excel/Sheets, Looker, Power BI, or Tableau
  • Ability to pull sales insights from complex data sets and communicate results with clarity
  • Strong ability to provide data‑driven recommendations to business stakeholders
  • Quick learner who can adapt to new technology platforms
  • Natural problem solver with ability to identify improvement opportunities
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving abilities
  • Bachelor's or Graduate degree in business, analytics, or equivalent work experience
