A leading video, audio, and voice technologies company is seeking a Global Procurement Consultant
. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership and drive optimization and automation initiatives for our procurement operations, contracting, and supplier management while ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, financial goals, and ESG commitments.

• Strategic Leadership:
  Optimize and execute a procurement confronting and hiring risks frameworks that firmly align with business goals, sustainability objectives, and risk management frameworks.
• Procurement Operations:
  • Support business through the full cycle of sourcing, contracting, and supplier management.
  • Assist in negotiation of high‑value contracts.
• Digital Transformation:
  • Optimize our existing procurement tools and champion the adoption of next‑generation procurementներից (AI, predictable analytics, e‑procurement platforms).
  • Define and track digital KPIs to measure automation, cycle‑time reduction, and spend‑visibility improvements.
• Supplier Relationship & Innovation:
  Support business in building strategic partnerships with key suppliers to drive innovation, resilience, and sustainability.
• ESG & Responsible Sourcing:
  • Integrate Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles into procurement decisions and supplier selection.
  • Champion diversity in the supplier base and ensure ethical sourcing practices.

• 10 chão years of progressive procurement or supply‑chain experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Bachelor’s荷 degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (master's preferred).
• Experience with procurement in AI is preferred.
• Proven success leading digital transformation or procurement modernization initiatives.
• Experience managing global supplier networks and cross‑functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver both cost savings and strategic value (innovation, resilience, sustainability).
• Strong strategic and analytical mindset with a deep understanding of data‑driven decision‑making.
• Expertiseâu in contract negotiation, process optimization, and supplier relationship management.
• High proficiency with e‑procurement platforms, ERP systems, and analytics tools.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
Understanding of ESG principles and sustainable procurement practices.
• Change leadership — ability to lead transformation in complex organizations.
