Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of wireless tower development projects. This role works closely with Site Development and Construction Project Managers, external vendors, and customers to coordinate project documentation, system updates, and deliverables throughout the tower development lifecycle.
The Project Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining accurate project information, preparing project documentation, and ensuring required deliverables are submitted to internal and external systems in accordance with project schedules and requirements.
Essential Job Functions- Support Project Managers by attending project meetings and coordination calls with vendors and customers, documenting meeting notes, tracking action items, and assisting with follow-up on project tasks.
- Ensure all project details are entered into the proper systemes accurately, including project setup, milestone tracking, and status updates, and update customer or external systems as required.
- Create and maintain Ground Lease records and documentation. Maintain hard copy records in the lease filing system. Process, route, and distribute lease documents and related agreements to appropriate parties for review, execution, and filing.
- Support vendor management by tracking and processing vendor documentation including MSAs, NDAs, W9, EFT, and COIs, and maintaining vendor records.
- Prepare Site Development Plans (SDPs) for Project Manager input, including assembling supporting documentation required for customer submissions.
- Prepare standard form contracts/agreements and related documentation in accordance with prescribed templates and company guidelines.
- Support Sales with Project Inquiry entries into the systems, assisting with initial project setup and ensuring required project information is captured.
- Handle requirements of data and document entry within the internal system and various customer systems, including but not limited to:
- Schedule updates
- Leasing documentation
- Regulatory / compliance
- Document uploads
- Project updates
Effectively communicate and work with Sales, Finance, Development, and Construction teams on operational questions, project documentation, and coordination of project activities.
Education/Certifications- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent work experience
- Two (2) to five (5) years of wireless industry experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to problem solve and provide solution alternatives.
- Ability to comprehend contracts and agreements.
