Duration: 3-Month Contract

We are seeking a Proposal Proofreader with experience reviewing government RFP responses to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance.

Responsibilities

+ Proofread and edit proposal documents for grammar, consistency, and formatting

+ Ensure compliance with RFP requirements and submission guidelines

+ Verify accuracy across proposal sections and supporting documents

+ Maintain consistent tone, style, and branding

+ Support proposal teams during high-volume submission periods

Requirements

Requirements

+ 3+ years of proofreading or editing experience

+ Experience reviewing government RFP proposals

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

+ Familiarity with proposal formatting and compliance requirements

+ Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
