MST Services is on a mission to transform the lives of at‑risk youth and their families. We partner with provider organizations and service systems across the U.S. to deliver Multisystemic Therapy (MST)—a rigorously researched clinical model that changes outcomes.

Behind every powerful training experience is exceptional coordination.

We’re hiring a Training & Events Coordinator who thrives on precision, is process‑driven, exceptionally attentive to detail, and dependable. In this role you’ll keep the engine of our training operations humming—managing calendars, documents, rosters, inventory, shipments, vendor communication, and participant support—so trainers can focus on teaching and trainees have a smooth experience.

This role is onsite in our Buckhead office. Candidates must live in the Metro Atlanta area and be able to travel locally to training sites (up to ~2 days/week during business hours).

  • Rosters & Records: Build/maintain training rosters; ensure attendance, completion records, and documentation are accurate and filed on time.

  • Data Entry & Reporting: Compile evaluations; create concise summaries and status updates for stakeholders.
  • Participant Support: Serve as the primary contact for logistics questions; send confirmations and reminders; resolve access issues to the Learning Management System (LMS) quickly and professionally.
  • Systems & Tools: Create/manage events in a registration platform (
    Cvent or similar
); support user access and content in the Learning Management System (LMS); maintain files in Share Point .
  • Vendor & Invoice Coordination: Communicate with print vendors; provide timely, accurate information to accounting for invoicing.
  • Team Support: Provide back‑up to related training operations; assist with office logistics and special recognitions (awards ordering and distribution).
  • Onsite Setups (as needed): Travel locally to set rooms, check A/V basics, distribute materials, and ensure a smooth start.
You’ll Thrive Here If You:
  • Love systems, checklists, and keeping things organized
  • Anticipate needs before others notice them
  • Provide clear, proactive communications to trainers, vendors, and participants—no surprises.
  • Stay calm under deadlines and shifting priorities
  • Take personal ownership of outcomes
What You’ll Bring (Must‑Haves)
  • 2+ years of administrative experience in a deadline‑heavy environment (training, education, operations, or similar).
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook calendaring, Excel lists/filters, Word templates, Forms, PowerPoint, SharePoint file hygiene).
  • Organization & follow‑through: you manage multiple moving pieces, keep lists current, and close loops every time.
  • Communication skills: professional, clear writing and timely, courteous responses.
  • Problem‑solving mindset: you spot gaps early, elevate appropriately, and document fixes.
  • Ability to travel locally to training sites (up to ~2x/week) and lift/carry up to 30 lbs. for materials/equipment.
