The Role:

The Project Coordinator will:

• Support multiple operating units and project teams simultaneously
• Coordinate service activity and ensure efficient scheduling
• Respond to customer needs with professionalism and urgency
• Maintain accurate documentation and customer records
• Prepare reports, process adjustments, and open/maintain customer accounts
• Proactively resolve service issues before they escalate

This Project Coordinator will serve as the communication hub between customers, field teams, and internal leadership-ensuring no detail slips through the cracks.
