Overview

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a part time administrative professional for our client in the Downtown Atlanta area. This is a wonderful opportunity for a well-established client in the nonprofit space.

  • 20 hours within the time frame of 9A-5P Monday
    - Friday
  • Pay rate $25
Responsibilities
  • Experience working with multiple executives in a fast-paced environment
  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings
  • Organize and confirm travel arrangements
  • Prepare a variety of correspondence:
    Professionals letters, reports, email campaigns, social media messaging, presentations, talking points, donor communications, etc.
  • Have research experience, support fundraising strategies
  • Track and analyze performance metrics, update budget metrics, funder metrics, and maintain accurate records in CRM
  • Partner with program teams to track key performance indicators tied to funded initiatives
Qualifications
  • Strong execution and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Google Suite and Microsoft Office proficiency, Excel proficiency. Salesforce and SharePoint savvy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have at least 5+ years of administrative experience in the nonprofit space
  • Must come from nonprofit space.
  • Must have a bachelor's degree
