Our Newest Opportunity SummaryThe Receptionist will be primarily responsible for managing front desk activities and other administrative tasks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Answer telephone and direct caller appropriately;
- Greet and direct visitors to the company;
- Manage supply closet, including taking inventory, ordering, and distributing supplies;
- Coordinate use of conference rooms;
- Assist in setup and cleanup of conference rooms for management and/or client meetings, including coordination, selection, and ordering of food;
- Assist with new employee onboarding efforts;
- Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges;
- Work in a fast-paced setting with responsibilities split between desk-based tasks and office floor walkthroughs;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills;
- Professional attitude and appearance;
- Exceptional organizational skills;
- Team player; able to work independently;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Proven work experience as a receptionist.
Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. Some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on performance.
