Our Newest Opportunity Summary

The Receptionist will be primarily responsible for managing front desk activities and other administrative tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Answer telephone and direct caller appropriately;
  • Greet and direct visitors to the company;
  • Manage supply closet, including taking inventory, ordering, and distributing supplies;
  • Coordinate use of conference rooms;
  • Assist in setup and cleanup of conference rooms for management and/or client meetings, including coordination, selection, and ordering of food;
  • Assist with new employee onboarding efforts;
  • Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges;
  • Work in a fast-paced setting with responsibilities split between desk-based tasks and office floor walkthroughs;
Qualifications, Skills and Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills;
  • Professional attitude and appearance;
  • Exceptional organizational skills;
  • Team player; able to work independently;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
Education, Training and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Proven work experience as a receptionist.
Compensation and Benefits

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. Some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on performance.
