Position Overview

The Client Services Coordinator (CSC) in the Client Services Department plays a crucial role in managing the sales order fulfillment process. The CSC collaborates with Sales to ensure clients and internal teams receive accurate and timely information. Key responsibilities include managing customer orders efficiently from order entry to completion, effective communication with clients, vendors, and company departments, and providing comprehensive support to enhance service quality.

Key Requirements

  • Coordinate with Sales, Design, Project Management, and vendors on order details.
  • Input and verify accuracy of data in CORE; create precise purchase orders.
  • Regularly review and update sales team on order backlog reports.
  • Provide timely status updates to support project success.
  • Resolve discrepancies in orders, including product details and pricing.
  • Adhere to company policies for order processing and approvals.
  • Manage punch list and warranty order entries and follow-ups.
  • Research and resolve issues proactively.
  • Maintain organized and accurate files.
  • Undertake other supportive tasks as needed within Client Services.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Required/Preferred

  • High School Diploma/GED Required
  • Minimum 2 years' customer service or sales support experience Required
  • Experience with CORE or similar systems Required
  • Excellent listening and communication skills Required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Required
  • Ability to resolve problems and offer solutions Required
  • Teamwork and adaptability Required
  • Project and priority management skills Required
  • Creative thinking and attention to detail Required
  • Experience in contract furniture or related industry Preferred
