Job Summary:
Under broad supervision, full life cycle administration, operations and maintenance of an enterprise document management platform. Creates a collaborative partnership with all internal and external team members to accomplish the deliverables within the time frames.
Qualifications:
This position will be part of a team that manages the administration of an enterprise document management platform.
This position will be responsible for completing customer requests/projects to make adjustments or enhancements to the tool.
This position will be responsible handling any operations and maintenance related to the assigned tool.
This position will be responsible for developing, tracking and documenting any changes or procedures/processes.
Working with a team and communicating with well with customers.
Has the ability to work on multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Need to have an understanding of workflow and approval processes.
