What We Do

Exol is pioneering "Fulfillment-as-a-Service," offering outsourced warehousing operations and specializing in high-density automated solutions. We focus on the efficient movement of goods across the CPG, food and beverage, wholesale, and retail sectors. Exol is an independently managed joint venture between Symbotic and Softbank.

  • Operational Support:
Maintain accurate records for inventory audits, compliance, and general warehouse documentation.
  • Event & Travel Logistics:
Provide administrative and on-site support for warehouse management at off-site conferences and trade shows (e.g., travel arrangements and booth coordination).
  • HR & Finance Admin:
Assist with employee onboarding, training coordination, and time-off tracking. Support budgeting, expense tracking, and invoice processing.
  • Process Improvement:
Implement office procedures to improve organizational efficiency.
What You’ll Need

  • Familiarity with industrial health and safety protocols.
  • Professional certification in office management or project coordination.

  • In-Warehouse Role:
You will work both in the office and on the warehouse floor; ability to walk/stand for extended periods is required.
  • Schedule Flexibility:
Ability to work multiple shifts (day, swing, night) or be on-call depending on operational demands.
  • Expenses:
The employee is responsible for managing expenses on a personal credit card to be reimbursed bi-weekly.
