As a Payroll Administrator, you’ll be responsible for processing payroll accurately and efficiently, maintaining compliance, and supporting internal teams with payroll-related needs. You’ll play a key role in ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time.

• Process weekly payroll for assigned employees with accuracy and timeliness.
• Enter employee time data via import files, spreadsheets, and manual entry.
• Review and balance payroll files and audit reports.
• Collaborate with HR, finance, and other departments to ensure accurate employee data and workflows.
• Ensure proper deductions for taxes, benefits, garnishments, and other with holdings.
• Assist in preparing Certified Payrolls.
• Support internal and external audits by providing payroll documentation and reports.

• 2+ years of experience in a high-volume, multi-state payroll environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables).
• Experience with ADP or Ceridian is a plus.
