This role serves as the first point of contact for guests and callers. The Receptionist will manage front-desk operations, provide administrative support to the operations team, and ensure a welcoming and professional office environment. The ideal candidate has a professional demeanor, upbeat disposition, excellent communication and computer skills, is reliable and comfortable multitasking.
Essential Functions- Open and close the office daily.
- Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner, maintaining a welcoming experience.
- Keep public-facing areas and conference rooms tidy, stocked and meeting-ready.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries; process outgoing mail accurately and on-time.
- Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
- Ensure proper setup and stocking of conference rooms, waiting area and café.
- Work with various departments throughout the year to schedule and set up group meals and get togethers.
- Support general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation, for the operations team.
- Order, receive and set up busy season and other meals as needed.
- Follow company procedures for security, confidentiality, and visitor management.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools
- Professional appearance and customer-service-oriented attitude.
- This is an on-site role; remote work is not permitted
