Join Our Team as a Project Administrator and Start Your Career with Webber

We are seeking a dynamic Project Administrator to join our fast‑growing team. The Project Administrator is responsible for on‑site administrative tasks to support the project team, driving excellence through technical expertise and innovation.

What You Will Do
  • Collect, receive, and recon‑cile invoices, tickets, receipts, and other documentation.
  • Review, reconcile, and enter items received into the accounting system.
  • Manage and direct Administrative Assistants’ duties and tasks related to department functions.
  • Ensure accuracy of accounting entries.
  • Assist with new hire processing at the job site.
  • Order safety supplies and office supplies.
  • Maintain a highly organized work area and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communicate with vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, and other entities to provide information and answer questions related to accounting activities.
Who You Are
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • One (1) to three (3) months related experience and/or training.
  • Be able to communicate in English via verbal and written communications.
  • Moderate to high level of computer skills in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Valid driver licence for occasional, required travel.
