Job Description - Executive Assistant (2601060)
Description
JOB PURPOSE:Provides clerical support to the assigned executive leaders. Acts as an additional resource for the Executive Assistant to the CEO, other administrative personnel and executives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Should have knowledge of computers, office machines, equipment, and various business application software
- Participate in center/agency surveys (Licensure / JCAHO) and any subsequently required reports.
- Attend and participate in continuing educational programs to keep abreast of changes in your field as well as to maintain current license/certification, as required.
- Attend and participate in mandatory in-services.
- Honor patients/residents’ rights to fair and equitable treatment, self-determination, individuality, privacy, property and civil rights, including the right to wage complaints.
- Comply with corporate compliance program.
- Follow established safety regulations, to include fire protection & prevention, smoking regulations, infection control, etc.
- Follow established safety procedures when performing tasks and/or working with equipment.
- Perform other related duties as necessary and as directed by supervisor.
EDUCATION REQUIRED:
A minimum of an Associate’s Degree in a related field or two (2) years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCEREQUIRED:
A minimum of two (2) years’ experience as an executive or administrative assistant supporting a member of the executive leadership team.
MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:None
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS (Preferred qualifications):Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
