Flight Coordinator
The Aerial Services Flight Coordinator is an integral part of the Aerial Services team that serves as the primary point of contact with the C-suite to arrange and manage logistics in regard toflightrequests.

Position Location· Hybrid Office Reporting at Dekalb-Peachtree Airport (PDK) in Atlanta, Georgia. Will be intheofficeaminimumof3daysperweek.

· Mustbeflexiblewithdynamicschedules,includingearlymornings,latenights,holidays,weekend andovernightsupport.
· Bewillingtoaccepttemporaryassignmentsatother companydomiciles,on occasion.
Formal Education· College Bachelor’sDegree,orhigher,desiredwith
Aviation
Management,Finance,
Accounting,orotherappropriateexperiencewithinaviationoperations.(preferred)
· Holdsahighschooldiplomaorequivalent(required).

· NBAACertified Aviation Manager (CAM)

· Atleast5yearsofexperienceinFARPart

Job Responsibilities
· Perform Dispatcher/Office Managerresponsibilitiesandduties,includingdispatchofaircraftas definedinthe
General Operations Manual (GOM).
· Mustbeaself-starter,abletoworkwithminimalsupervision.
· Must be a cooperative team player who exhibits high levels of interpersonal skill and emotional intelligence.
· Applicants must possess strong analytical reasoning and critical thinking skills. The successful applicant will have demonstrated the ability to solve complex problems in inrapidlyevolving,dynamic environments.
