* Job Description:
*** Processing a large volume of ATM contracts with a team.
* Ensure that all contracts are accurate, completed in the Software system and compliant with audit standards.
* Maintain digital files for all contracts and other relevant documentation of the client.
* Play a lead role in calculating the pro-rata payment made to the merchants/ clients.
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders professionally and firmly.
* Assist the team to perform regular desk-based audits/ checks on contracted services and transactional data.
* Coordinating with the merchants with their queries.
* Assisting with general administrative function to ensure daily operations.
* Provide admin support for adhoc requests/ projects within the team.
