We are offering a challenging and exciting Sales Support Administrator opportunity where you will be a valued member of the Americas Business Operations team and will play an instrumental role in helping our Sales leadership team meet their goals.

* What you will do:
*** Provide support to Regional Sales Directors, Sales District Managers, and other Sales team staff
Support to include but not limited to:
* Advanced administrative duties
* CRM System Tasks
* Data analysis
* Creating presentations and reports
* Contract Maintenance
* Collaboration across groups
* Assisting with customer support
* Special assignments
* Working overtime during critical times frames as needed
*
* What you will need:
*** Associates degree (or equivalent) and 3-5 years of related experience
* Proven experience supporting a Sales team and working with a remote workforce is highly desired
* Strong organizational skills with outstanding attention to detail
* Ability to effectively collaborate cross-functionally to complete tasks
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Strong ability and willingness to learn and upskill in new areas
* Ability to take initiative, multi-task and work autonomously with minimum direct supervision
* Ability to see the "big picture" and identify short-term steps to achieve the long-term goal Experience performing administrative duties such as:
* Maintaining and organizing files, work areas, and office equipment
* Ordering supplies to maintain Sales efficiency
* Setting up meetings and arranging travel
* Taking meeting minutes and dispersing accordingly
* Organizing sales events such as conferences
* Coordinating and scheduling small catering events
* Meeting and greeting customers
* Expense reporting and expense management
* Proficiency in utilizing business tools such as Outlook, Teams, Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
* Experience with Salesforce, SAP, or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired
* Experience working with and analyzing data
** Ideal candidate will be located in Atlanta, GA area or Eastern Region

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
