The South School of Physician Assistant Studies Program in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a highly motivated individual for the position of Physician Assistant Program Clinical Administrative Coordinator. The Clinical Administrative Coordinator provides administrative support to the Clinical team of the Physician Assistant Studies program. Professional duties include general office duties, attention to detail and accuracy, and teamwork. The Coordinator must maintain a professional image in daily contact with students and faculty.
This is a full‑time position.

- Administrative duties as assigned, including photocopying, faxing, and electronic records review
- Credentialing students for all clinical rotation sites/hospitals
- Maintain student database and profiles
- Maintain and review evaluations
- Maintain minutes for committee meetings
- Effectively communicate with faculty, staff, students and alumni
- Act as a liaison and representative of the program and college
- Maintain clinical preceptor database
- College‑level coursework preferred
- Proven competency in computers;
Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) - Knowledge of office administrative practices and procedures
- Strong interpersonal, networking, verbal, and written skills
- Fluency in English, including spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Good organizational skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment
