We are offering a challenging and exciting Sales Support Administrator opportunity where you will be a valued member of the Americas Business Operations team and will play an instrumental role in helping our Sales leadership team meet their goals.

What You Will Do
  • Provide support to Regional Sales Directors, Sales District Managers, and other Sales team staff
Support To Include But Not Limited To
  • Advanced administrative duties
  • CRM System Tasks
  • Data analysis
  • Creating presentations and reports

    Contract Maintenance
  • Collaboration across groups
  • Assisting with customer support
  • Special assignments
  • Working overtime during critical times frames as needed
What You Will Need
  • Associate's degree (or equivalent) and 3-5 years of related experience
  • Proven experience supporting a Sales team and working with a remote workforce is highly desired
  • Strong organizational skills with outstanding attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively collaborate cross-functionally to complete tasks
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong ability and willingness to learn and upskill in new areas
  • Ability to take initiative, multi-task and work autonomously with minimum direct supervision
  • Ability to see the "big picture" and identify short‑term steps to achieve the long‑term goal
Experience Performing Administrative Duties Such As
  • Maintaining and organizing files, work areas, and office equipment
  • Ordering supplies to maintain Sales efficiency
  • Setting up meetings and arranging travel
  • Taking meeting minutes and dispersing accordingly
  • Organizing sales events such as conferences
  • Coordinating and scheduling small catering events
  • Meeting and greeting customers
  • Expense reporting and expense management
  • Proficiency in utilizing business tools such as Outlook, Teams, Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Salesforce, SAP, or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired
  • Experience working with and analyzing data
Ideal Candidate Location

Ideal candidate will be located in the Atlanta, GA area or Eastern Region

Base Pay

$65,590 – $90,189 (may vary based on geography, skills, experience, and other qualifications)
