Location - Forest Park, GA 30297 (ONSITE)
Position SummaryProvide expert-level administrative support and leadership to the team, leveraging over 11 years of experience to ensure seamless daily operations, enhanced efficiency, and strong organizational performance. This role serves as a trusted partner to leadership and a central point of coordination for administrative, financial, and communication activities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide senior-level administrative support to leadership and teams, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflows
- Independently manage complex calendars, schedules, and appointments, prioritizing critical meetings and deadlines
- Lead the coordination and execution of high-profile meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics, agendas, materials, and follow-up actions
- Prepare, edit, and review complex documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism
- Conduct in-depth research, collect and analyze data, and compile comprehensive reports to support strategic planning and decision-making
- Oversee budget management activities, including expense tracking and financial reporting, ensuring compliance with organizational policies
- Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and strict confidentiality standards
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, delivering exceptional communication and relationship support
- 11+ years of progressive administrative or executive support experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and related business tools
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
- Professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels
