Description of ServicesPerforms tasks which may include checking data from completed forms or other documents for accuracy and completeness; entering data into a database; reviewing audit reports and resolving errors to ensure integrity of data; identifying problems with database management policies and procedures and providing input into their revision; providing direction or assistance to users of information regarding data requirements and status of paperwork;
distributing reports; and sorting and filing paperwork.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Data Entry experience required.
- Extensive knowledge of composition, grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Requires at least two (2) years of Data Entry experience working in an office environment.
- Checking data from completed forms or other documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Entering data into a database.
- Reviewing audit reports and resolving errors to ensure integrity of data.
- Identifying problems with database management policies and procedures and providing input into their revision.
- Providing direction or assistance to users of information regarding data requirements and status of paperwork.
