Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Administrator to join our team in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily office operations, supporting staff, and ensuring efficient administrative processes to help our organization run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, directing them to appropriate personnel.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
- Proven experience as an administrator, office administrator, or relevant role.
- Excellent knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint) and office equipment.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- High school diploma; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or secretary will be a plus.
