We currently have an exciting career opportunity for an Office Services Coordinator to join the team in our Atlanta office.

Due to the nature of this role, this position is considered 100% on-site which means it must be consistently performed at an assigned Cohn Reznick office location and requires daily commute to the office location.

YOUR ROLE.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and guests; greet and assist visitors, vendors, clients, and new hires.
  • Monitor the Office Services mailbox and respond to general business support requests.
  • Assist employees with workplace seating using the reservation system.
  • Perform general administrative tasks including operating copy/scanner machines, preparing documents for scanning, and printing/binding projects (especially for Financial Services).
  • Print, bind, and distribute financial statements to clients.
  • Gather and organize marketing and recruiting materials.
  • Coordinate in-house trainings: reserve and manage meeting rooms, track attendees, and arrange meal service.
  • Support planning and execution of office events and social gatherings.
  • Manage catering orders, including dietary accommodations; replenish snacks and assist with food deliveries and event setup.
  • Retrieve, sort, and distribute daily mail and packages; handle certified mail, checks, and scan/email correspondence as needed.
  • Order and maintain inventory of general office supplies, pantry items, toners, and letterhead.
  • Operate mailing equipment, including manual and electric systems; process mail using the postage meter.
  • Maintain copiers and printers daily: replenish toner and paper, and schedule service when needed.
  • Arrange courier services as required.
  • Clean coffee machines on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Oversee general office upkeep and cleanliness
  • Clean refrigerators and microwaves daily/weekly
  • Assist with special projects and report updates or concerns as needed
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the Senior Operations Manager.
  • Perform a variety of day-to-day clerical and administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Operate and maintain the dishwasher daily.
YOUR EXPERIENCE.
  • Minimum 5+ years of reception/concierge work experience required
  • Administrative support work, office practices and administrative procedures experience is a plus
  • Highly motivated with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office – especially, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe
  • Tech savvy with the ability and desire to embrace necessary software applications to learn new computer programs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledgeable of business grammar and basic proofreading skills
  • Professional demeanor and appearance necessary at all times
