We are seeking a personable and highly motivated intern to support the Internal Audit team with strategic projects related to the organization’s operational and financial control environment. As part of the co‑op experience you will have the chance to work with experienced Internal Audit professionals. PrincipalDuties & Responsibilities
- Execute audit tests to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of operational and financial controls
- Support internal audit fieldwork activities on site at manufacturing locations
- Document process workflows and controls through participation in management and employee interviews
- Work directly with Internal Audit senior management to streamline and harmonize audit testing methodology and work product documentation
- Current rising senior in undergrad or graduate student studying accounting, finance, or a closely related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Zoom
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in detail‑oriented, dynamic and changing environment
- Ability to work/commute to Smyrna (Cumberland)
- Ability to work full‑time Summer 2026, and continue through Fall term on either a part‑time or full‑time basis
- Knowledge and experience in a variety of areas throughout the organization, including travel to manufacturing locations
- Exposure to an inclusive and collaborative corporate environment
- Guidance and development from a high‑performing and experienced internal audit team with backgrounds in public accounting, manufacturing, banking, and software development
