Corporate Tax Manager

Atlanta, GA 30309

Hybrid – Minimum 3 days/week

• Manage corporate tax compliance and ASC 740 tax provision projects
• Lead client engagements from planning to completion
• Review tax returns and identify tax‑saving opportunities
• Work with IRS, state, and international tax authorities
• Mentor and supervise associates and interns
• Support multi‑state and global tax matters
• Collaborate with internal tax specialists and client teams

• Active CPA in Georgia (or reciprocity) OR JD with active law license
• 4–7+ years corporate tax compliance or consulting experience
• Strong ASC 740 tax provision experience (prep, review, audit)
• Recent public accounting experience (Top 15 firms preferred)
• Experience with large multi‑state/national/global companies
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Willing to work onsite 3 days/week

• Annual performance bonus available
