GGES is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Bookkeeper to maintain clean, accurate financial records and support weekly billing, reconciliation, and reporting processes.

• Code all transactions, vendor bills, receipts, and job costs properly.
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts weekly.
• Maintain accurate vendor and subcontractor records.

• Work with Service Finance to prepare weekly billing packets.
• Track unbilled jobs, unpaid invoices, and A/R aging.
• Assist CFO in maintaining clean financial data for Monday meetings.

• Maintain audit-ready financial records.
• Organize job folders, W9s, COIs, invoices, receipts, and contracts.
• Support compliance for federal and large-client requirements.

• 3+ years bookkeeping experience (Quick Books Online REQUIRED)
• Experience in construction or job cost accounting preferred
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
• Ability to work consistently 10 hours/week with accuracy and speed
