Overview
I am working with the Consulting Company who works with the main client. This job is moving now as their proposed merger with another company did not occur.
OpportunityWe are looking for 2 VP's of Financial Reporting. 100% Remote.
IFRS is a requirement because the main client operates in 35 Different countries.
Role expectationsCandidate must have experience being hands on and holding the pen for a Public Company.
So, I cannot submit a candidate straight out of Big 4 or Public Accounting.
Company contextOur client is a multi Billion dollar Publicly Traded international company. They operate in 35 countries.
Contract termsThis is a contract role for now. However, it could have a permanent opportunity towards the end of the contract which is 1-2 years. This could be a two year contract.
Requirements- Must have Technical Accounting Research, CPA,
IFRS experience, SEC Reporting (Filing of 10
Ks and 10
Qs and detailed Technical Accounting experience and be HANDS ON).
