• Account Reconciliation:
  Review accounts for discrepancies and complete month-end reconciliations.
• Account Structure Management:
  Establish tables of accounts and assign entries accurately.
• General Ledger Oversight:
  Prepare general ledger entries and maintain/reconcile financial records.
• Audit Preparation:
  Ensure accuracy of GL accounts and assist in preparing for external audits.

• A strong work ethic, decisive judgment, and a commitment to building a long-term career.
• Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 2+ years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
