Tax Senior or Supervisor – Mid‑Size CPA Firm
Location: Atlanta, GA | Hybrid (3 Days In‑Office, 2 Days Remote)
Employment Type: Full‑time
Base Pay Range: $/yr - $/yr
A well‑established CPA firm with a strong presence in the Atlanta market is seeking a Tax Senior or Supervisor to join its growing team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for advancement, exposure to diverse industries, and a collaborative work environment that values work‑life balance.
About the Role:- Prepare and review complex business and individual tax returns
- Assist with tax planning and advisory services for clients
- Collaborate with managers and partners on client engagements
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development
- Identify opportunities for client growth and process improvements
Industries:
Construction, Real Estate, Retail, Healthcare, Franchise, High‑Net‑Worth Individuals, Trusts & Addresses, Nonprofit, Restaurants, Transportation.
- CPA certification or active pursuit preferred
- 3–5 years of public accounting experience in tax
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
- Experience with CCH Axcess preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Competitive base salary ($100K–$115K) + Busy Season Bonus
- 3 weeks PTO + Summer Fridays (half‑day Fridays from Memorial Day to Labor Day)
- CPE paid and CPA exam support
