Bilingual (Italian/English) Senior Associate (Audit & Tax) – Atlanta, GA
Who:
We are seeking a Senior Associate with 2–5+ years of public accounting experience and native-level Italian communication skills.

Position OverviewThe Bilingual (Italian/English) Senior Associate (Audit & Tax) will supervise audit engagements, support complex tax compliance, collaborate with specialists, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables across a portfolio of international clients.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise audit engagements across multiple industries.
- Develop and execute audit programs by setting objectives, identifying risks, evaluating controls, and designing testing procedures.
- Perform technical accounting research on various topics.
- Prepare Federal and state corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns.
- Conduct technical tax research on Federal, state, and international topics.
- Collaborate with tax specialists on complex issues.
- Assist in reviewing tax returns, audit work papers, and client communications.
- Provide timely, accurate, and high-quality deliverables.
- Maintain clear communication to manage client expectations and satisfaction.
- Delegate tasks effectively by establishing goals and removing obstacles.
- Collaborate with partners and senior managers on proposals and business development efforts.
- Train, mentor, and provide performance feedback to associates.
- Native-level Italian language proficiency (written and verbal).
- 2–5+ years of professional experience, including public accounting.
- BA/BS in Accounting or Master’s in Accounting/Taxation.
- Excellent English writing, research, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-driven mindset.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- U.S. CPA license or actively pursuing certification.
- Currently residing and working in the U.S.
- Experience with Pro System fx Engagement, Pro System fx Tax, and CCH Axcess.
