Accounts Payable & Payroll Specialist

$45,000–$55,000 base (no bonus)

As the Accounts Payable & Payroll Specialist, you will:

• Process payroll for approximately 100 employees, including new hires, pay changes, and deductions

• Handle accounts payable including invoice processing, check runs, and journal entries

• Assist with month-end close activities and reconciliations

• Partner with the Controller and accounting team to ensure accurate financial records

• Support financial systems and reporting as needed

We are open to a variety of strong backgrounds. Ideal candidates for the Accounts Payable & Payroll Specialist role will have:

• Prior experience with payroll processing and accounts payable functions

• Experience using payroll or accounting software systems (Paylocity or similar platforms)

• Strong attention to detail and a reliable, team-oriented work style

(A college degree is not required for this role — relevant experience is what matters most.)
