We are seeking a Net Suite Accounting Consultant to support Net Suite implementations, optimizations, and ongoing accounting operations. This role is ideal for an accounting professional with deep Net Suite experience who can bridge accounting requirements with system configuration, reporting, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the accounting subject-matter expert for Net Suite implementations and enhancements
- Configure and support Net Suite financial modules including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Revenue Recognition, and Financial Reporting
- Translate accounting requirements into Net Suite workflows, configurations, and controls
- Support month-end close processes, reconciliations, and financial reporting within Net Suite
- Design and maintain saved searches, financial reports, and dashboards for accounting and finance teams
- Assist with data migration, validation, and testing during implementations or upgrades
- Partner with finance leadership, external auditors, and internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Provide user training, documentation, and post-go-live support
- Troubleshoot accounting and system issues, recommending best-practice solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on Net Suite accounting experience
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and accounting close processes
- Experience supporting Net Suite implementations or major module rollouts
- Proficiency in Net Suite financial modules and reporting tools
- Ability to communicate accounting concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- CPA or CPA-track background
- Net Suite certifications (Financial User, Administrator, or Consultant)
- Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency, or revenue recognition setups
- Prior public accounting or ERP consulting experience
- Experience working with Suite Analytics and advanced saved searches
- Accurate and efficient accounting workflows fully aligned with Net Suite functionality
- Clean, reliable financial reporting and close processes
- Minimal rework or post-implementation issues
- Accounting teams confident and self-sufficient in Net Suite
