SEC Reporting Manager

Atrium is currently recruiting for an SEC Reporting Manager on behalf of a confidential client in the Atlanta Metro area.

The SEC Reporting Manager leads the preparation and filing of quarterly and annual SEC reports, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission. This role partners across Accounting, Finance, Legal, and Investor Relations and provides expertise on technical accounting matters.

• Prepare and manage SEC filings, including 10‑K, 10‑Q, and 8‑K.
• Maintain compliance with SEC and GAAP requirements.
• Research and document technical accounting issues.
• Support SOX compliance, internal controls, and external audits.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on disclosures and accounting impacts.
• Drive reporting process improvements and support special projects.

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; CPA required.
• 3+ years of accounting experience, including public accounting and/or SEC reporting.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and project management skills.
