Responsibilities of the Staff Accountant
As a Staff Accountant, your responsibilities will include:

• Account Reconciliation:
  Review accounts for discrepancies and conduct end-of-month reconciliations.
• Account Structure:
  Establish tables of accounts and assign entries to appropriate accounts.
• General Ledger Management:
  Prepare general ledger entries and maintain/reconcile financial records and files.
• Audit Preparation:
  Maintain and reconcile various GL accounts and prepare these accounts for external auditors.

Experience Preferred for the Staff Accountant

Qualifications for the Staff Accountant Role

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 2+ years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
