Senior Accountant - Hybrid

LHH (Atlanta) is partnering with a highly recognizable and fast-moving organization to identify a Senior Accountant to join a growing, high-caliber accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for CPAs coming out of public accounting or professionals with a blend of public and corporate experience who are looking to step into a visible role with real ownership, strong mentorship, and long-term growth potential.

• Own key components of the general ledger, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and close activities
• Play a hands‑on role in quarterly and annual SEC reporting, including preparation of support schedules and disclosures
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in partnership with FP&A and business leaders
• Assist with technical accounting matters, including research, memo preparation, and implementation of new accounting guidance
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages for internal leadership and external stakeholders
• Partner closely with internal and external auditors and support audit and SOX‑related activities
• Contribute to process improvements, automation efforts, and system enhancements to drive efficiency and scalability

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA strongly preferred)
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, including demonstrated senior‑level responsibilities
• Background in public accounting and/or public company environments
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• $90,000 – $110,000 base salary plus up to 20% bonus
