We’re seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our client’s accounting team. This position is ideal for an experienced Staff Accountant who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Prepare and post journal entries for the general ledger.
• Perform monthly and quarterly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Review and generate financial reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Approve accounts payable invoices using the company’s approval system.
• Process voided checks/invoices and assist with payment adjustments.
• Initiate and manage wire transfers via the bank’s online platform.
• Assist with annual budget preparation and weekly operating forecasts.
• Support internal and external audits with documentation and analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Identify and implement process improvements in assigned areas.
• Handle additional accounting projects as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required).
• 5–10 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Advanced Excel Proficiency.
