Senior Accountant reports to the Accounting Manager, and will be a key member of the NAIP Accounting team. They will work in collaboration with the NAIP accounting team and NAIP finance team. The candidate must be a self-starter, adept at communicating with multiple levels of an organization, and have the ability to build trust, influence, and work with teams cross-functionally.
Responsibilities- Prepare month end Journal entries
- Review month end Journal entries
- Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations
- Support internal controls and documentation
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements
- Consolidate and optimize month end procedures
- Master's degree preferred
- Experience preparing account reconciliations and Journal entries
- 5+ years of accounting experience, including month end close
- Offshore Team experience preferred
- Process Improvement experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills
- Comfortable working in a Fast-Paced Environment
