- Post daily cash transactions and reconcile cash accounts
- Prepare and post journal entries for the monthly close
- Assist with payroll‑related accounting entries and reconciliations
- Process accounts payable invoices and payments
- Prepare cash reports and support cash management
- Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial statements
- Record fee income, disposition fees, and related entries
- Support amortizations, accruals, and prepaid expenses
- Assist with corporate and investment‑related accounting activities
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1–2 years of accounting experience (internships acceptable)
- Ability to work in Excel and accounting systems
- Experience with Yardi
- CPA or CPA‑track
- Exposure to real estate or investment accounting
