About the Role- Manage complex tax engagements for businesses and individuals
- Review tax returns and provide technical guidance
- Collaborate with leadership on client strategy and planning
- Mentor and develop staff, fostering a positive team culture
- Identify opportunities for client growth and advisory services

Qualifications- CPA certification required
- 5+ years of public accounting experience in tax
- Strong technical knowledge and leadership skills
- Competitive base salary ($120K–$140K) + Busy Season Bonus
- PTO based on level + Summer Fridays (half-day Fridays from Memorial Day to Labor Day)
- CPE paid and CPA exam support
