This position is responsible for month‑end closing (journal entries, reconciliations, reports), and account analysis. The incumbent works independently with little supervision.

• Participate in monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables (journal entries, reconciliations, reports)
• Prepare and/or review monthly Balance Sheet account reconciliations
• Consolidation and management reporting
• Interact with internal and external auditors and assist with related deliverables
• Prepare P&L and Balance Sheet flux analysis for quarterly audits
• Maintain Chart of Accounts in general ledger and reconciliation system
• Prepare Mexico and Canada entries in compliance with GAAP and IFRS requirements
• Prepare Lease accounting schedules and entries in compliance with GAAP and IFRS
• Collaborate closely with Staff Accountants and FP&A department

• Strong analytical skills and good work ethic
• Excellent attentiveness to detail
• Strong self‑starter ability to work independently with little supervision
• Able to meet deadlines with accurate and complete information
• Capable of handling multiple tasks and prioritizing responsibilities
• Proficient in spreadsheet and word processing programs

• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word
• Experience with QAD or another ERP system (preferred)

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (required)
• 5+ years as Senior Accountant in a medium to large sized organization (required)
• Manufacturing industry experience (preferred)
• GAAP and IFRS experience (preferred)
