Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Manage month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.

Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities to support strategic planning.

Review and improve internal controls to enhance financial processes.

Coordinate with external auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation.

Mentor and support junior accounting staff in their professional development.

Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.

Utilize accounting software to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA preferred.

5+ years of relevant accounting experience in a corporate environment.

Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.

Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
