Tax Senior Associate | Public Accounting

Not every tax role is the same - and neither is every firm. We're partnering with a well‑established mid‑sized CPA firm that is intentionally growing its tax team and looking for a Tax Senior Associate who takes pride in their work, values strong client relationships, and is ready to step into a more visible, impactful role.

This position is ideal for a tax professional who enjoys owning client engagements, contributing beyond compliance, and mentoring junior staff - all within a collaborative, high‑caliber public accounting environment.

• Preparing and reviewing federal and state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts.
• Supporting tax planning and research projects across a diverse client base.
• Working closely with Managers and Partners on complex matters.
• Mentoring junior staff and contributing to a strong team culture.
• Building trusted, long‑term client relationships.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (Master's in Tax a plus).
• CPA or CPA‑eligible strongly preferred.
• 3‑5 years of recent public accounting tax experience.
• Solid technical foundation and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a professional, client‑first mindset.

• Competitive compensation ($85K‑$120K+, DOE).
