We’re seeking a skilled Interim Accounting Manager to join a dynamic and growing hospitality organization. This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned finance leader with experience in hospitality or the restaurant industry who thrives in fast‑paced, hands‑on environments. As the Interim Accounting Manager, you’ll bring stability, structure, and insight during a key transitional period.

In this role, the Interim Accounting Manager will lead day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. You’ll supervise accounting staff, manage the month‑end close, support audit readiness, and help maintain compliance across multiple functions. The Interim Accounting Manager will also be responsible for handling lease accounting, tax filings, and insurance‑related documentation.

• Oversee and manage full‑cycle accounting operations
• Supervise accounting staff and ensure proper execution of internal controls
• Support audit preparation and participate in monthly and year‑end closings
• Manage lease agreements and related accounting treatment
• Assist with tax reporting, sales filings, and insurance paperwork

• Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or Interim Accounting Manager
• Hospitality or restaurant industry experience is highly preferred
• Working knowledge of Great Plains, Microsoft Dynamics, or Sage Intacct
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
