Staff Accountant

Position OverviewThis role involves managing day-to-day accounting tasks using Quick Books Online, including general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, payroll support, and assisting with month-end close processes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Maintain the general ledger
- Assist with payroll and tax filings
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Prepare reports for management as needed
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Proficient in Quick Books Online
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and time management abilities
- Degree in Accounting or related field preferred
